in the US they have currently 9 months surplus of houses...if no more homes were built it would take 9 months to fill those homes...
still find it strange...BB first came on the scene saying he earnt 50k's, had a wife and child...spouse not working and how could a bloke like him..ever buy a house...
then a few weeks later...he states he bought a million dollar house in darwin and paid cash....
a year later, for some reason still acting like he is yearning for prices to drop ????
