good post Les btw....I guess the fact that cement, steel,all building products....oh did I forget about wages,transport, counci fees etc have risen in price in the past 20 years really has no affect on house prices.... nor did the price of food, cars and just about everything else has increased in price..... but some here raise the question...why have house prices risen..as if in isolation against everything else
I suppose we could agree with them...for the sake of it...then just sit back and watch whatever pans out... no more arguing about property prices...
