Selling into news and higher liquidity to secure profits after massive gains is never a bad move when a CR is nigh.
The wildcard here is a strategic placement, holders can only dream of such a vote of confidence.
I'm not holding my breath on the latter, it's very early days, and you'd usually need some resource confidence first.
