Not entirely true.
On wednesday next week PXS front the FDA's pulmonary-Allergy Drugs Advisory Committee to discuss the application. The committee will vote at the end of that meeting.
It is unusual for a positive recommendation to be knocked back by the FDA which then meets in March.
