why quess wait and see

Quite often a company will capital raise prior to "good news"... Most often they issue to "sophisticated investors" ... those investors who have piled in the most money to reward them and fatten their holdings at the right low price. Yes, capital raising generally lowers the share price due to liquidity. But, a few good consecutive announcements, a month or so later and the run begins. It will be interesting to see who they are offering to, timing is everything at the moment, maybe a capital raise prior to some positive announcements to obsorb the impact & benefit us in the long run!!
