what has changed in the past 50 years ?
Why, suddenly after having high rise buildings on the planet for so long, why are we suddenly seeing all these babies, falling from windows or balconies, in Australia today.
Is it shoddy building practises ?, or allowing windows to be fully opened, are mothers not minding their children ?
