it's messy and I don't have the time to post anything more eloquent right now so you'll just have to get by on that. I wrote a lot, lot more about this on T$. So it might be a better place to look if you're interested in the background.

Regardless of the negative reception some of some of the posters here, this has been coming for months, and the best part is (although counterintuitive) that UCG is very much the secondary consideration for Roman.
