West coast, only one offtake requires finalisation. The one with the EGT is finalised and binding.
I had a chat with a broker the other day, and they commented that getting money out of investors for resources/small caps at the moment is like pulling teeth. Medibank is going to be way oversubscribed, with more buyers than sellers, but the small cap resource space has been caught by more sellers than buyers, which makes our sp suck at the moment.
