What is the cost of all this so called back up for the un-reliables??
At this point in time you are living in la la land, there is currently not a battery, wind turbine or solar plant that can replace a black coal fired generator in Australia. Sure countries like China are making more use of un-reliables however they are building substantially more coal fired reliable power stations.
The climate is changing however that is based on nature not on how much Co2 man is producing. Having said that how much of that nasty CO2 has been released as a result of the recent fires ?? the whole thing is a bloody scam and the believers are delusional.
