Why Rent Pay?

Hello all,

I am a current holder, but even after research i am still finding it hard to fully understand rent pay and what it offers.

Do we know everything rent pay will offer? or are they holding some of the key factors until launch?

I understand rent pay seems like it will be user friendly. Rent pay will assist with payment reminders and flexability, but are people really going to pay a monthly fee to use this service?

I guess my main question is this;

Why would someone use Rent Pay instead of setting up a simple direct debit to their agent?
