That's what I observed when i bought in at .24 in the morning and it went down to .21.
Then in the last hour, it jumped up to .28 in a last 10 minutes surge.
I suppose there was a lack of attention due to other stocks gapping up like CPH and SCU.
Anyways, i agree and as I mentioned in my previous post, this company has growth in revenue as per previous 4C quarterly report.
Add this FDA approval which further adds more revenue stream as more news will come in the future with contracts/partnerships.
