Coles Myer Chairman to retire
Chairman of Cotes Myer Ltd, Stan Wallis, today announced that he will not seek re-election as a director of the Board at this year's annual general
meeting.
Mr Wallis said he intends to remain as Chairman and as a director until the conclusion of the AGM on 20 November.
In the interim, the Board would be considering the appointment of a successor, after which an announcement would be made.
