If people are too blind to see the share price will always be half its true value. What can I say? This has occurred due to doubling of the shares on issue. Investors are either too indifferent or not interested enough in the health of the company to give a damn.

and he made a text book mistake of decapitalising a company in development stage. This has cost shareholders $150million because it has reduce the value of individual shares even though the market cap remains the same.

2 He has the experience and knowledge and should have known better, it was his idea as he admitted in the AGM.

3 The company had to dilute shares to 300 million to raise extra cash,due to this return to capital.

4 The Chairman should resign.

Do I need to commission an indenpendent report just to prove a textbook case of poor management.
