I do not stand alone, 3yrs ago there was a lot of criticism of the board.

Share holders are happy if the share prices rises, and manny are too gutless, shy or dont want to upset the board who are handling their money.

Although I will not get much support, the facts stand up very well. Manny shareholders gamble, one fellow at the agm congradulated the board and said non believers will be proven wrong. This is investing not a church.
I never said I dont trust the MD abilities.

I dont belive in finding a board responsible because individuals on a board have different tallents therefore if its at all possible to pinpoint blame it should be done.

I have chosen now to stand up, I am very genuine. It has been admitted by the chairman that he is the one person responsible for the return to capital.

I have been silent for a number of years on this issue because its very easy to blame when the share price crashed. Criticism in hard times is not treated as genuine. Therefore with a strong share price and the company going places, I keep my same view which gives me credibility. The trueth is out and here to stay.

If RMS goes to $4 and you have 100,000 shares, your value is $400k instead having $800k. This is because the amount of shares on issue were doubled. Do you think this is acceptable.

I am a little supprised that any shareholder doesnt want accountibility.
I hear time and time again, shareholders whinging about boards but nothing gets done. I wonder why??
