It is called taking some profits off the table + shorting .
its a short term thinking.
i bought more yesterday at 1.45$ because i do believe that once we break 1.50$ then 2$ and 3$ will come soon thanks to the gold price hitting historic highs.

now if investors believe that despite trillions and trillions of dollars being spent on financial markets by central banks the fold price will stay sub 2000 they are living in a fantasy. At this rate of monetary expansiin gold will hit new historic highs. 3000$ and then 4000$ over the coming months and years seem more likely than ever. Good luck to all.
