I think at this gold price many gold stocks are already heavily undervalued. The leverage of SP to POG for high cost producers can be as high as a factor of 10. RSG should be at least 4 with current hedges so should have risen a bit more on the recent POG run. AUD rising doesn't help the AUD denominated SP. I expect close to $2 is likely soon. Technicals on POG no longer apply, it is a herd of some proportions that includes ETFs and Central banks around the world.
