At least the GST issue was picked up internally and only relates to one supplier. I would be more concerned if it was picked up by the ATO and is a control issue relating to multiple suppliers.
Bit disappointing though their accounting firm grant thornton didn't pick this up as I'm of the understanding the firm was part of the due dilligence process before making them IPO and that StepOne would have relied on their advice on several matters.
