Yes they do but I think in this context we should be considering the history and present situation concerning coloured peoples who have been exploited, enslaved and are still treated with less respect than whites in the US and Australia and many other countries.
The George Floyd incident was their moment to say enough is enough and they did so via BLM protests. As you say, all lives matter, but this us their moment.
