We talk a lot about Tonkin and his poor management of the interests of SLR and the interests of its shareholders, while on the contrary, he manages his own interests very well !

However, GMD is perhaps not very far away and there is perhaps a threesome in this affair and the one pulling the strings could well be Finlayson, whose Machiavellianism we could appreciate in the DACIAN- GENESIS and which could have its sights set on RED in the near future.

It should be remembered that the boards of GMD and DCN had let (or caused?) the price of DCN to fall from 32 cents to 9 cents before the Take Over on the pretext that it was a correct price (???) and that after having influenced the shareholders and obtained enough shares, the final offer was re-evaluated to 30 cents, suddenly finding that this was also a correct price (!!!).

This dishonest way of doing things could be repeated or is already being repeated (?) and this would be a reason to say NO to the SLR-RED merger and to resist until RED makes an offer consistent with the value of SLR's assets in quickly offering a correct amount, or while waiting for the compulsory offer.
