This dishonest way of doing things could be repeated or is already being repeated (?) and this would be a reason to say NO to the SLR-RED merger and to resist until RED makes an offer consistent with the value of SLR's assets in quickly offering a correct amount, or while waiting for the compulsory offer.

Personally I think GMD would wait until after the merger then make his move after SLR pour their cash in.
