Seems that anyone who agrees with the Creation account is a "fundamentalist" and thereby deserves ridicule.
I think that is the definition of a fundamentalist.
A believer in literal Creation may not deserve ridicule but the teaching itself deserves no respect. It has no basis in either religious or scientific truth.
That pathetic theory that Darwin dreamed up took him decades to put together and he studied and observed under difficult conditions to arrive at his understanding. His pathetic theory came at much personal cost to the man. If it was not a truth the might of religion would have destroyed it by now. God Himself would have destroyed it. God must agree with Darwin because this theory has never been stronger.
It's not about science at all, it's about wealth and reputation and about egos that this bit of scientific stupidity has survived. You have mixed this sentence up by adding science instead of fundamental religion.
The video was reasonably sound. The guy is making a real effort to unite reality with religion.
As for Bible, sometimes his Tourettes gets the better of him. He's just a bit frustrated by the fundamentalists that have made religion a laughing stock.
