If it only needs more than 10% of shares not to be sold voluntarily to stop a compulsory acquisition then I would be very surprised if Tullow wont need to make a substantially larger offer to get that large a parcel. I definitely dont want to sell at this level.
I have held since 24 cents and have no plans to take this offer. But, I have no experience in takeovers so I might be missing something. Can anyone give me a good reason to sell other than the one that says I may
