Darko had the wrong approach. They would only rip you off if you give them more money. The company structure alone is costing 1m per month in wages. So maybe you keep them in pocket for another month or two.
The best way to fix this situation is to convince enough shareholders to form a trust and transfer their shares into the thrust. When the trust has 51% of the company's shares it has control of the company. Simple as that!
