    Many thanks to all those sellers who held out for $4.20 and above. I expect we should achieve that price today.

    Oh I should add Carindale precinct real estate
    prices are suddenly doing real well. A friend just sold post war 3 bed 1 toilet 110 m2 house at Holland Park for 870k, about 150k above my upper limit. They had 160 people come for open house.
