why sell now?

....with several reports due that we believe will be good?
Sure, they might need the money for Easter, might be just frustrated with waiting.........or they might know something we dont?
The silence from TTR is deafening. After all our patient waiting (well, sort of patient) I hope they eventually come up with a really good story.
But it just rattles one to see 342,857 sold off just now.
I hope the reason is just an urgent need for cash.
