V8, I couldn't be more correct, and you wrong. Suggest you check your facts, and read, 'The Wall Street Journal' P19, of Dec. 31 2015. Quote : 'Oil, oil everywhere. Strong crude output in the US and Middle East, (i.e. OPEC), over the past year pushed oil prices to their lowest levels in more than a decade'. Who would be more credible, you or 'The Wall Street Journal ?
My contention is that when oil prices rise, then our SP will follow; that's all about to happen. Saudi Arabia is due for a big shake-up, for the reasons I gave, and cause one almighty mess in the Middle East, but will be supported by the US, a friend of long standing, who is keen in seeing their theocratic government, which incidentally is by definition, a state governed by officials divinely inspired, so they think, fall in a heap along with OPEC. This will lead to a democracy. A great thing for them and us.
