yes, but there is still a long way to go, and field development is not yet assured if you are an investor in for the long haul and not looking at short term, speculative gains!

refer to the final statement from yesterday's announcement and note the word "could"  -

attractive economic undertaking” Mr Keenihan said.

i'm in for the long haul and have been for a number of years, but as i stated in a previous post, it ain't successful until it is in the bank!
but i do hope/wish that we all are successful in this venture!!!!
