Yes that is a big why. but maybe someone who knows, this share has considerable potential, is manipulating the market to buy shares as cheap as possible. since I bought this share, in many cases I've seen sellers selling small amount for cheap price, especially when there is good ann and then I notice that holders started to panic and sold cheaper.
I should add that I'm no expert and this is just my understanding form SP.
