Hello davclyne and Tasmanian 2 Great personal opinion posts on each of your own thoughts. And its great to have NEGATIVE and POSITIVE inputs too - at least readers know of the pitfalls in this game. Unfortunatly we will not have the conditions of the last 3 years of lots of slush investments from the crazy finacials players whom threw almost millions on OTHER companies that really had nothing. AND in August 08 CTP was still a SPECULATIVE STOCK with nothing including very little finance. So JH grabbed what he could at the time with "any drillers" that would even venture into the Simpson. It wasnt a choice of top drill equipment also given that JH was probably working on about $8 million to pay drillers, road repairs and other incidentals managing 3 holes only. At the start in August 08 CTP had nothing and as you said davclyne the confidence was SHATTERED by then because they had intended to drill in April 08.
BUT all that is now PAST history. What do we have now after all that dust has settled. 1 Lots of learning. 2. A MEGA CBM field discovery 3. A possible BIG BG wanting to get to know CTP better. 4.Known Helium fields and a new plant ready to process this in Darwin 5. A possible drilling campaign that could be in excess of 20 holes this year.
Anyway my input is that CTP WILL start ahead this year with at least 1 year of discovery and learning that has at least given it something it was lacking at this time last year.
And yes Tassie2 im still topping up at these interesting prices that obviously are coming from impatient player. Cheers guy and thanks for your refreshing posts.
