A lot of people are frustrated and have had enough..this is true
I think a lot also has to do with the little inconsistencies and inaccuracies creeping into their announcements...I believe people have significant trust issues with AVB, particularly with Wood's involvement. Don't underestimate the role this plays in peoples' minds
