I do not understand why people are selling at these prices, the company clearly want to purchase back stock to reduce shares on issue - they probably have price in mind that they think its worth (i'd guess at least $2/share) and they will eventually start to buy to that price.
Just remember who owns the majority of the stock - its in the company's interest to reduce the shares on issue so they can personally reap the benefits of any share holder distribution or asset sale.
Grade is King! EKJV has one of the highest grade deposits in WA - and it keeps going! don't sell this stock cheaply back to the company or you will miss out on the upside.
