be surprised if they spend that much.... the survey for T49 will be some sort of a deal with BPT in exchange for an extra 10%.... the quarterly is a bit of a cock up.....someone cant add up......but anyhow, everything is pretty much funded, how many oillies can do that.....and with any luck, the expenditure will be value accretive
