    why sell if you know they will be back on their feet once this Covid drama is finished? they are needed by immigrants. they are needed by students before taking their course. they are tied with government. they are profitable business(until this corona).

    they'll comeback stronger especially that they are now going on computer based exam.

    why sell when you can hold for a year?
