corporate centres and Rent , also a big cost might be higher than executive salaries, will also need to be deferred. IEL has a lot of offices for student placement and also IELTS centres so deferring rent until crisis over will be strongly advised. Most of the tenants in COVID-19 are forgoing or deferring rent. There wouldnt be any alternative tenant due to the extensive fit outs, so the landlord will have to agree.
