why sell

Although as traders we need to pay bills & eat etc, but IMHO (depending what price you paid) why would anyone sell this baby now or even in the next few weeks, as company was recently trading at 20 times this, and so if all goes well(good assets & leasing retained) we could see SP back up to $2-4 plus in the next couple of years, not to mention excellent divvies to be re instated after debt reduction & restructuring is ironed out?
Could be a once in lifetime longterm investment, therefore unless a terrible turnaround, I'm staying in.
