They are NOT selling low - they are just placing their orders at the head of the queue. The actual price at which they will sell is the matched price on the open - currently sitting at 15.5 cents.
Perhaps you should read up about the opening and closing auctions, as these do confuse a lot of people who don't understand how it works.
If you have a realtime trading platform (I use Paritech's Pulse, but eTrade, Commsec WebIRESS, and others will also do) you should be able to see the matched price at any given time. It will change as the highest buys and the lowest sells will juggle (computer driven of course) right up until the open.
Same on the closing 10-minute auction after 4pm - the computers will juggle the buys and sells to achieve whatever closing price the big end of town has decided is what they want for the day. It happens blindingly fast - hard to keep up with, and no chance for retail traders like thee and me.
