dirkmerk even if there was more supply than demand prices will still go up eventually. its either the price goes up because there is a lot more demand than supply which is the current case or another scenario might be supply meets demand and prices remain around the same but the prices currently are not high enough to make a profit so with this scenario would be prices stay around the same price for a while until companies start going bankrupt then there is less supply and more demand and the prices rise. Also countries what security of supply which means buying from reliable countries. fuel for nuclear plants is not the most expensive part of building a nuclear plant.
