It is commonplace in resource booms for a share price to go ballistic without a drill hole being put down.
If one company looks like it is making a big discovery, then companies with leases close to it run and often run very hard.
So this theory can be applied to RAU with its huge leases around Vital Metals' emerging world class discovery.
We have the added advantage here that RAU have already announced that:
"Soil sampling indicates a continuous tungsten anomaly over a strike length of 3,500 metres that is still open along strike to the north and south, and across strike to the west on some sample lines.
PLUS IMPORTANTLY
"Based upon the analyses contained in the Company’s database inherited from BHP-Billiton, the Whumbal West anomaly is larger in size and tenor than the nearby Watershed Grid scheelite deposit owned by Vital Metals."
TAKE SERIOUS NOTE OF:
"larger in size and tenor"
