The reason is that the company has a large expense, around 100 to 200 million dollars to commence stage 3 pond development and has not yet reached that goal. It was mentioned on the PEA. This was never done before. On the cash flow report AGY is low on cash. I am not saying this is a bad thing. However if support has been provided either by the Argentinian government and/or the South Korean offtake partner AGY can obtain those funds to finance the project. I worry more about the quality over quantity. This progress can be done. It just needs patience.
