Chart indicating weakness especially in recent days where volume has increased and yet SP has fallen.

Appears that support at 10.23 may not hold as a descending triangle always predicts and that SP's under $10 are not that far away.

Annual reports may not be that buoyant but admit to not knowing how and when IVC reports.

One to certainly keep on the watch-list for a reversal.
