Answer: Lots, mainly because although I might like the nature of the underlying business: including invocare. The share price is too high relative to my fundamental valuation of the business. If IVC trades at around $8.00 I would be a buy a significant amount. Above $8.00 I would buy a lessor amount, at current share prices I still have no position.

ps I don't short individual stocks. I am either long or out on the sidelines.
