However, allow me to play devil's advocate: you hold and rate the stock LT buy. Does this mean you see these problems being overcome (eventually)? I bought on the basis that there seemed to be an upward inflexion in production output (and yes the Oct 4 announcement hit me on the head a bit). I understand your annoyance at what you see as a "directors and brokers first" approach, so I'd be interested in your perspective about what gives you a positive long term outlook on the stock.

Then again I always like it when someone such as you comes in with what could be termed "constructively negative" comments about a stock.
