No one has ever disputed the chairman doesn't/won't benefit from dividends.
What has been speculated though is, given his conditions when he receives dividends from Fenix, he potentially gains a much greater benefit from a growing SP rather than voting for them.
You were already VERY wrong about the policy...perhaps try having a more broader mind this time around. Or don't. Couldn't care less truly.
