There will be a bit of sorting out over the next couple of weeks. The current shareholders will be able to get their shares at 1 cent. Unless some of the current shareholders offload their shares then there will be no 1 cent shares available.
The Lepidico deal is done and dusted. So is the cash raising. We only need the action to take place. Lepidico needs cash to commercialize their process. I guess about $20M to build a commercial scale process plant.
Most of this will be debt. Everything Lepidico is doing suggests confidence in the process.
This is the biggest risk. It sounds like bringing the process on stream will be quick. (We have a time issue in the overall demand for Lithium)
Soon people will realize that this has legs and the only way is up. Hopefully GTT has achieved what they wanted and will allow the price to escalate. This has the potential to make them very wealthy. I doubt if there will be many 1 cent shares lying around.
