All the ifrastructure we baby boomers paid for that will benefit future generations.
Gen Y stay at home and live off the baby boomers largesse. The Boomers went out and did it themselves. Look at the cash and things that are purchased by the boomers for Gen Y and X.
They also benefit with the baby boomers looking after their grandchildren and many will benefit through inheritence of the baby boomers assets.
Im a baby boomer and as a child was extremely lucky if I got a comic book for Christmas. Most of the kids I knew were in the same boat. Have a look at what they get now. What one child or grand child gets in a year would be more than what a baby boomer got until they started work.
Many of us have got super so it reduces the burden on the taxpayer. With super contributions likely to increase many genY X may not need an age pension per se lol. With advances in medicine etc people can stay healthier longer and can work longer if they so desire.
Only problem is that the global warming deniers may stuff their planet up for them and thats where their greatest challenge is. IMHO of course.
