just putting this out there... historically any shares he has been allocated as part of his salary package he has sold off after 12 months - was selling every 6 months there for a while - I thought the whole purpose of providing executives and directors with shares was to align their interests with that of the shareholders. Harry is definitely not playing this game.
Just reviewed the directors uptake of rights issue... he was the poorest participant, with less than 6000 shares added to his million+ shareholding and I will put money on the table now stating that if we get to $3.00 from the rights issue of $2.20... he will be one of the first to reduce his holdings.
(May I add Neil Chatfields participation looks fantastic)
Sure, we all have our own cash flow considerations to consider when participating in these kind of activities... but his participation just seems so SUB PAR.
How can we - as shareholders change this? I know the AGM is a place to voice this directly to the company... but as this years meeting will not be until April 2020 - just voicing here for now - does anyone know if this matter has been voiced before?
just putting this out there... historically any shares he has...
