why should i hold this stock

    I purchased this stock after rivkin recommended it because of possible takeover. I foolishly held onto the stock and now it is languishing.

    Can anyone justify me holding this stock ? I'm prepared to hold for a few months if its going to do something but I'm thinking about locking in a sizable loss and moving on....
