In my opinion the assets are good and their prospects could be even better, this is the bit you cant hire and fire and where the share price upside is.
In my opinion SD will not put up with being one of the highest cost gold producers and a company that misses its publicly stated production targets. You just need to read a couple of anlayst reports( they are there on the FML website for reviewing) that I would assume were ticked off by management before they were publicly released to show how far FML has missed on EPS and subsequently share price appreciation.
In my opinion the upside for SD is the assets but more importantly the Management of the Assets
