    No one is above the Law, yet so many trade union flunkies believe they are. Mcmanus's comments about breaking Laws she doesn't agree with don't help much.

    Setka has been a thug for years, he has been in and out of Court so many times, and will have cost the then CFMEU members thousands in fines.

    Albanese is punching well above his weight here, he cannot remove Setka from the union, he can only agitate for his removal from the Labor Party. That may even be a problem for Albanese as he is of the opposing Labor faction...Shorten is the union man and I could not see Bill putting his hand up to support removing a strong union supporter.

    This was obviously simmering below the surface leading up to the election based on Setka's comments...It will be interesting to watch it all play out..
