Can we trust the board and CEO to look after our SH funds which is now predominately cash?
Even a 5c return is justifiable considering this co has never paid a div.
I'll be contacting the company as I think it is unacceptable. Fair enough if they want to delay it until the tax issues are resolved, but the board should be committed to give us some of our funds.
I don't want to see our cash plowed into loss making subsidiaries which will then be lost.
